随着致密油气及页岩气的开发开采,水平井多段压裂普遍得到使用,基于关井压力恢复数据的试井分析逐渐减少,而地面长期监测的压力及流量数据是每口油气井必须录取的数据,为解释评价地层参数,必须研究可以分析变化的流量压力数据动态评价方法,为此进行生产数据分析软件开发。

实现油气井变流量及压力下的数据分析功能,通过分析可获得地层渗透率、储量等参数,利用这些参数可预测未来油气井产能。

提供传统的生产数据分析方法,并依据渗流力学理论发展组合分析方法。

提供井底压力折算功能,分析井口流量及压力数据。

提供利用分析参数预测流量和压力的功能。

提供传统的生产数据分析,包括流量递减的Arps方法,Fok组合分析法;依据压力偏理论,提供单位流量压差的数据分析。其地质模型极大丰富,扩展生产数据分析的应用范围。

提供物质平衡时间下的井底压力和流量预测方法,预测压力及流量变化。不仅算法准确,而且可实现快速计算。

该项目依据生产数据分析原理,采用VC++的面向对象技术,将各功能模块开发为组件,由组件集成为生产数据分析软件,可广泛应用于油气井勘探开发中的工作制度优化、开发方案制定,尤其适用于致密油气开发中无法测量井底压力数据的分析,并且软件首次从解析解角度给出地层压力分布,由压力分布可以计算不同时间下的平均压力,改进了国外生产数据分析软件众多计算方法,从而使得生产数据分析软件更符合实际需求。

According to the production of dense oil/gas and shale gas, horizontal well multistage fracturing has been used widely, based on the decrease of shut in pressure recovery data of well testing analysis, and long-time monitored pressure and flowrate on the surface are essential for each oil-gas well, to interpret and analysis formation parameters, a dynamic method that can analysis the change of flowrate/pressure must be applied. So we developed our production data analysis software.

The data analysis function of oil and gas well under variable flowrate and pressure can be realized, through the analysis, the parameters such as formation permeability and reserves can be obtained, and these parameters can be used to predict the productivity of oil and gas wells in the future.

The traditional production data analysis method is provided, and the combination analysis method is developed according to the theory of seepage mechanics.

Bottom hole pressure conversion function, wellhead flowrate and pressure data analysis are provided.

The traditional production data analysis is provided, including Arps method of flow decline, Fok combination analysis method; and according to the pressure deviation theory, the data analysis of pressure difference per unit flow is provided. The geological model is comprehensive, and the application range of production data analysis is extended.

The method for predicting the bottom hole pressure and the flowrate under the material balance time is provided, and the pressure and the flow rate change are predicted. Our software runs fast and accurate.

According to the principle of production data analysis, each functional module is developed into components by using object-oriented technology of VC++, and the components are integrated into production data analysis software, which can be widely used in the optimization of working system and development scheme in oil and gas well exploration and development, especially for the analysis of bottom hole pressure data which can not be measured in dense oil and gas development, and the formation pressure distribution is given for the first time from the point of view of analytical solution, the average pressure at different time can be calculated from the pressure distribution, and many calculation methods from foreign production data analysis software are improved, which makes the production data analysis software more in line with the actual demand.
