针对致密储层具有低孔、低渗、储层厚、岩性复杂、非均质性强等特点,水平井完井、多段分级体积压裂工艺是提高单井产能的重要手段之一。为了准确评价致密油层特征和压裂效果,须获得分段油水产量、地层压力、温度等资料,在测试仪器方面,研制开发连续油管水平井分段试油测试技术,用以解决水平井资料录取难题。所录取的试油资料分析还需要有相应的分析方法和手段。对于越来越多的低渗超低渗储层生产中存在着压力、产量递减快、难稳产的等诸多问题,尤其是随着储层改造工艺(直井分层、水平井分级)的不断发展,也需要进一步开展对产量、压力的递减规律研究,对产能进行评价。本项目需对水平井测试资料解释方法丰富和完善、利用试油资料进行中长期产能预测方法研究。

本项目需要完成“水平井试井资料解释分析软件”及“利用试井方法进行试油中长期产能预测方法”两个方面的数学模型建立,方程无量纲化与求解,水平井及其多段压裂下的试井分析方法,井口压力折算到井底压力方法,试油中长期产能预测方法。软件包括总体设计、编程、集成及测试,相关技术报告的撰写等方面的内容。主要技术内容如下:

水平井试井资料解释分析软件。

试油中长期产能预测软件。

形成水平井测试资料解释方法:对水平井单段测试资料解释分析(单段进行压力、流量测试)、分段进行流量测试,水平井测试资料解释、多段合试整体压力测试的资料解释。

应用试井解释软件解释分析评价2-3井次,编制水平井试井资料解释分析软件。

利用试井方法进行试油中长期产能预测:利用试油资料,在产量和压力都在递减的情况下,建立压裂水平井产能预测方法。

对水平井测试资料解释方法丰富和完善,形成相应的软件,实现利用试油资料进行中长期产能预测的目标。

In view of the characteristics of dense reservoir, such as low porosity, low permeability, thick reservoir, complex lithology and strong heterogeneity, horizontal well completion and multi-stage graded volume fracturing technology is one of the important methods to improve the productivity of single well. In order to accurately evaluate the characteristics of dense reservoir and fracturing effect, it is necessary to obtain the data of segmented oil and water production, formation pressure, temperature and so on. In the aspect of testing instruments, the multi-stage oil test technology of continuous oil tubing horizontal well is developed to solve the problem of horizontal well data acquisition. The analysis of the oil test data also needs the corresponding methods and means. There are many problems in the production of low permeability and ultralow permeability reservoirs, such as pressure, production decline fast, unstable production and so on, especially with the development of reservoir reconstruction technology (straight well stratification, horizontal well classification), it is also necessary to further study the decline regularity of production and pressure declination, and the productivity will be evaluated. In this project, perfects interpretation method of horizontal well testing data is required, and the medium-long term productivity prediction method is studied by using the test data.

This project needs to complete: The mathematical models of "Horizontal Well Testing Data Interpretation and Analysis Software" and "Medium-long Term Productivity Prediction Method by Using Well Testing Method", the dimensionless of equation and its solution, the well testing analysis method under horizontal well and its multi-stage fracturing, the wellhead pressure to bottom hole pressure conversion method, and the medium-long term productivity prediction method for oil test. The software includes overall design, programming, integration and testing, related technical report writing and so on. The main technical contents are as follows:

Software for interpretation and analysis of horizontal well testing data.

Medium-long term productivity prediction software for oil test.

Interpretation method of horizontal well testing data: Interpretation and analysis of single section test data of horizontal well (single stage pressure, flow test), multi-stage flow test, horizontal well testing data interpretation, data interpretation of multi-stage combined overall pressure test.

The coded horizontal well interpretation analysis software is applied in Daqing, Xinjiang, Changqing and so on oil fields, and it also applied in Sichuan shale gas horizontal well.

The medium-long term productivity prediction of oil test is carried out by using well testing method:

Using the oil test data, the productivity prediction method of fracturing horizontal well is established under the condition that the production and pressure are decreasing.

In this project, perfects interpretation method of horizontal well testing data is required, corresponding software is formed and the medium-long term productivity prediction method is studied by using the test data.
