辰工油气井节点分析软件主要围绕每口井的地层渗流-井筒管流及油气嘴节流以及产能预测,提供从地下-节流阀-地面的一体化生产制度优化。针对常规油气藏、页岩气藏、致密气藏等地质特征和储层特点,找出制约油气井生产的因素,优化生产工艺方式及采收率,对于油气井的产能预测和优化生产工作制度,具有重要的指导意义。

软件可以根据试气求产的管柱结构,实现油气井井筒管流计算,计算得到不同油嘴下的产量、井筒内压力温度分布、水化物生成的条件、将井筒液体带出来的最小产量,高压物性参数计算,以及基于压力试井的常规和动态产能分析。这些完备的产能评价预测功能,能够确定不同开发方式下(新开井、阶段连续产气井、自喷井和长期生产井等)的合理产能制定方案。其中瞬态IPR曲线理论,实现基于试井解释的产能预测方法,可将传统的多次改变工作制度的产能测试,改变为仅需要关井压力恢复一次测试。

提供井口-井底压力折算功能:能够针对不同的井筒流动情况,在变生产制度变产量的条件下实现井口到井底压力折算;同时提供每个时刻的井筒压力分布计算和相图计算功能。

提供油气水高压物性计算功能:对国内外流体高压物性参数计算进行总结,可计算油气水粘度、压缩系数、体积系数及密度等;气体提供多种非烃类气体修正方法;油相提供饱和及非饱和物性计算;两相提供张力计算等。

提供制度设计功能:可根据试气求产管柱结构,实现油气井井筒管流计算,计算得到不同油嘴下的产量、井筒内压力分布、水化物生成的条件、井筒液体带出来的最小产量,预测动态产能,提供从地下-节流阀-地面的一体化生产制度优化。

提供产能评价功能,包括计算压力、开发动态、瞬态产能、产能试井和流量分析功能。具有稳态产能评价方法,可以进行常规产能分析和基于试井解释的产能预测;具有不同生产时间下的瞬态IPR 曲线计算功能,可以通过变压力-变流量的生产数据分析来实现产能预测。

Chengong oil and gas nodal analysis software mainly focuses on the formation seepage flow of each well, the pipe flow of wellbore and the throttling of oil and gas nozzle and the prediction of production capacity, and provides the optimization of integrated production system from underground, throttle valve and surface. In view of the geological characteristics and reservoir characteristics such as conventional oil gas reservoir, shale gas reservoir and dense gas reservoir, it is of great significance to find out the factors that restrict the production of oil and gas wells, to optimize the production process mode and recovery rate, to predict the production capacity of oil and gas wells and to optimize the production work system.

According to the tube structure of gas test, the software can realize the calculation of oil and gas well tube flow, calculate the production under different oil nozzles, the pressure and temperature distribution in wellbore, the condition of hydride formation, the minimum production of bringing out wellbore liquid, the calculation of high pressure physical property parameters, and the analysis of conventional and dynamic production capacity based on pressure test well. These complete capacity evaluation and prediction functions can determine the reasonable capacity formulation scheme under different development modes (new well opening, stage continuous gas production well, self-jet well and long-term production well, etc.). Among them, the transient IPR curve theory, which realizes the production capacity prediction method based on the well test interpretation, can change the traditional capacity test of changing the working system many times to the test that shut-in pressure recovery only one time needed.

Provide wellhead-bottom hole pressure conversion function: it can realize wellhead to bottom hole pressure conversion under the condition of variable production system and variable production according to different wellbore flow conditions; at the same time, it provides wellbore pressure distribution calculation and phase diagram calculation function at each time.

Provides the function of calculating the physical properties of high pressure of oil and gas water: the calculation of the physical properties parameters of high pressure of fluid domestic and abroad can be summarized, and the oil/gas/water viscosities, compression coefficient, volume coefficient and density of oil and gas water can be calculated; gas provides a variety of non-hydrocarbon gas correction methods; oil phase provides saturation and unsaturated physical properties calculation; two phase provides tension calculation, etc.

Provide system design function: according to the gas test to produce the tube structure, realize the oil and gas well tube flow calculation, calculate the production under different nozzles, the pressure distribution in the wellbore, the condition of hydride generation, the minimum output from the wellbore liquid, predict the dynamic production capacity, provide the integrated production system optimization from underground-throttle valve-surface.

Provide capacity evaluation functions, including calculation of pressure, development dynamics, transient capacity, capacity well testing and flow analysis functions. has a steady-state capacity evaluation method, which can carry out conventional capacity analysis and capacity prediction based on well test interpretation; with transient IPR curve calculation function at different production times, capacity prediction can be achieved by production data analysis of variable pressure-flow.
