辰工数值试井软件包括水驱、聚合物驱、化学驱及致密油气、页岩气等模块,数值试井针对复杂边界、各向异性油藏及多相流体等不存在解析解的压力资料解提供分析工具。数值试井不仅实现了对地层参数解释,还可以提供地层渗透率、孔隙度等静态参数分布,不同时间下地层压力及饱和度等场数据分布,是地层精细描述的重要工具。

软件采用非结构PEBI网格,针对水驱采用黑油模型、化学驱聚合物驱采用组分模型,使用控制体积法离散;黑油模型可提供单相、两相、三相的油气水流动模拟工作,并考虑了过泡点、层间非均匀性、层间窜流等复杂情形;具有地质体数据载入功能,支持大地坐标和相控建模功能。主要技术有:

网格智能划分技术:在油藏模拟区域的不同区块上结合流体的流动特征使用不同的网格和坐标系,软件提供矩形、六边形及变尺度非结构PEBI网格,智能网格利用不同井型具有不同流线,实现网格数目的优化,达到保证解精度条件下减少网格数量。

矩阵预处理技术:采用代数多重网格及GMRES进行矩阵预处理及求解,在保证求解精度的前提下,提高计算速度。

含气相的过泡点计算:随着压力的降低或升高,气从油中溢出或溶入油中,带来计算的复杂性,从而对过泡点网格的压力与饱和度进行修正。

计算可视化:将计算结果,以二维、三维图形的方式直观的显示出来。

The Chengong numerical well testing software includes water, polymer and chemical driving, dense oil and gas, shale gas and other modules. The numerical well testing provides an analytical tool for the complex boundary, the anisotropic reservoir and the multi-phase fluid and other pressure data without analytical solution. The numerical well testing not only realizes the interpretation of the formation parameters, but also provides the static parameter distribution such as formation permeability and porosity, and the distribution of the formation pressure, saturation and other field data in different time, it is an important tool for fine description of formation.

The software adopts a non-structure PEBI grid, a black oil model is adopted for water flooding, a component model is adopted for the chemical flooding and polymer flooding, a control volume method is used to disperse, the black oil model can provide single-phase, two-phase and three-phase oil-gas water flowing simulation work, The complex cases such as bubble point, inter-formation heterogeneity, formation crossflow and so on are also considered; The software has the function of loading geological body data, supporting the function of geological coordinates and phase controlled modelling. The main technologies are as follows:

Grid intelligent division technology: On different blocks of oil reservoir simulation area, different grid and coordinate system are used by combining fluid flow characteristics. Rectangular, hexagonal and variable scale unstructured PEBI grids are provided by software. Intelligent grid uses different streamlines in different well patterns to optimize the number of grids to reduce the number of grids under the condition of ensuring the accuracy of the solution.

Matrix pre-processing technology: Algebra multigrid and GMRES are used to pre-process and solve the matrix, and the calculation speed is improved on the premise of ensuring the accuracy of the solution.

Calculation of over bubble point of gas bearing phase: With the decrease or increase of pressure, gas spills from oil or dissolves into oil, which brings the complexity of calculation, thus, the pressure and saturation of the bubble point grid are modified.

Visualization of calculation: The calculation results are displayed intuitively in the form of two-dimensional and three-dimensional graphics.
