现场选择两口实验井,投放了直读式井下永久压力计,通过中石油远程传输系统直接将数据传输至总部数据库。

每口井分为6个阶段测试,单相水阶段进行了4次测试,产气阶段进行了2次测试。

现场测试10个多月,得到了测试数据,采用自主研发的煤层气分析及数值模拟软件进行分析计算。

本项目对煤层气排采进行大量的研究,开展煤层动态资料的分析解释,取得以下测试效果:

验证压后排采方式对气井渗流能力的影响程度。

对比见套压后,不同放气压力压裂裂隙含气饱和度情况。

验证稳定套压放气达产过程对气井水的渗流能力变化情况。

对比同一口井见套压前后地层压力恢复情况。

验证分层合采解吸前排水过程分层产水能力。

提出煤层排采制度优化的压-排-采全过程分析新理念。

Two experimental wells were selected on site, and the direct reading downhole permanent pressure gauge was put in. The data was directly transmitted to the headquarters database through PetroChina remote transmission system.

Each well is divided into six stages, four times in single-phase water phase and two times in gas production stage.

after more than 10 months of field test, the test data are obtained, and the self-developed coalbed methane analysis and numerical simulation software is used for analysis and calculation.

This project has carried out a lot of research on CBM drainage and production, carried out the analysis and interpretation of CBM dynamic data, and achieved the following test results:

To verify the influence degree of post pressure drainage mode on gas well seepage capacity.

The situation of gas saturation of different gas release pressure fractures compares to casing pressure.

To verify the change of seepage capacity of gas well water in the process of stable casing pressure gas release reaching production capacity.

Compare the formation pressure recovery of the same well before and after casing pressure.

To verify the layered water production capacity of drainage process before layered combined production and desorption.

Put forward a new concept of pressure-drainage-production whole process analysis for optimization of CBM drainage system.
