针对国内已开发的地热井储层组成特征、矿物学特征、岩石热力学特征、岩石力学特征、环境以及地层渗流特征,深入研究地层温度、井筒温度、地层渗流压力方程与求解方法,同时对地层热力学参数、岩石力学参数、地层渗流参数等进行实验评价,获取目标井的岩石物性及热力学物性参数,研制开发地热单井出水量及井筒温度优化软件,能够进行单井出水量和热损失计算,为我国地热井开发提供计算工具。使用该软件对国内已开发地热井进行数值计算,为该地区地热开发提供依据。

本项目的核心是计算单井的出水量,特别是长时间开采时可维持的出水量。但是在实际开采中井底压力不可能无限制的降低。项目通过计算不同出水量下的井底压力随时间变化规律,从而获得长时间开采时能提供的最大出水量,为地热井优化开采提供依据,按此出水量进行开采,既不会造成资源闲置,又能保证开采过程的持续进行。主要技术内容如下:

国内已开发地热井地层热物性参数及渗流参数获取。

地热井数学模型建立及求解方法。

地热单井出水量及井筒温度优化软件的开发。

数据、计算、界面及输出组件开发。

软件的集成、测试及应用。

近几年,利用地源热泵开发浅层地温能进行供暖和制冷在我国各地区发展迅速,但地热开发涉及到多学科的交叉(如采用回灌等方式开采地热,需要渗流力学、地层热力学、井筒管流等耦合),多学科耦合建模、计算求解方面的综合研究较少,更没有形成计算软件,所以该项目软件填补了国内单井地热能开发数值计算软件的空白,软件技术先进,针对性强,国内没有同类产品,优势很明显。

Products>>Project Development>>Study on Water Output and Wellbore Temperature Optimization of Geothermal Single Well

According to the reservoir composition characteristics, mineralogical characteristics, rock thermodynamic/mechanics characteristics, environment and formation seepage characteristics of geothermal reservoirs developed in China, the formation temperature, wellbore temperature, formation seepage pressure equation and solution method are deeply studied. Meanwhile, the formation thermodynamic parameters, rock mechanics parameters and formation seepage parameters are evaluated by experiments, and the physical properties of rock and thermodynamic physical parameters of the target well are obtained. We developed the software of geothermal single well water output and wellbore temperature optimization, it can be used to calculate the water output and heat loss of single well, which provides a calculation tool for the development of geothermal well in China. The software is used to calculate the developed geothermal wells in China, which provides the basis for geothermal development in this area.

The core of this project is to calculate the water output of the single well, especially the amount of water that can be maintained for a long time. But the bottom hole pressure in the actual production won't be unlimited reduced. The project calculates the rule of the bottom hole pressure with time under different water output, so as to obtain the maximum water output during the long-time mining, and provides the basis for optimizing the exploitation of the geothermal well, according to the water output, resources unused and the continuous operation of the mining process can be ensured. The main technical contents are as follows:

The thermal physical property parameters and the seepage parameters of the geothermal well have been developed in China.

The mathematical model of geothermal well and its solution.

The development of the software for optimizing the output of the single well and the temperature of the well bore.

Data, calculation, interface and output component development.

Integration, testing and application of software.

In recent years, the development of shallow geothermal pumps for heating and cooling has been rapidly developed in China, but geothermal development involves multi-disciplinary crossings(e.g. mining geothermal by recharging requires seepage mechanics, stratum thermodynamics, coupling of wellbore tubing flow and etc.), multi-disciplinary coupling modeling, comprehensive research on calculation are not enough and calculation software is not formed. Therefore, the software of this project fills the gap of numerical calculation software for single well geothermal energy development in China. The software technology is advanced, with strong pertinence, and there are no similar products in China.
